I begin each session with looking at the new and good things currently going on in your life to set the tone for amazing discussion and transformation during your session.

I’ll ask you questions that lead to clarity and help you discover your own strengths and use them for good. I’ll work with you to make a plan to elevate your strengths and release any negative emotions that do not serve you.
